SpoofProxies Terms of Service, Explained
Last updated: September 25, 2026. These terms form the agreement between you and SpoofProxies ("we," "us"). Because trust is the whole point of a mobile IP, we have tried to explain the reason behind each rule rather than just stating it. The terms apply to our website, customer dashboard, API, rotation endpoints and every proxy line assigned to you. You accept them by registering, adding funds or sending traffic through a line.
How the service works, and what it cannot do
Each SpoofProxies line is a single device we operate in one of our US metros. It may be a 4G or 5G USB modem, a 4G or 5G router, or an Android phone, and it carries its own AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon SIM. You select hardware and carrier at checkout, subject to what is available in the chosen metro. Lines accept HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, support UDP over SOCKS5, and can hold a sticky address or rotate on demand through a link or the API.
It helps to understand what a mobile address is. Carriers place many real phones behind each public address using carrier-grade NAT, and they hand addresses out from a finite regional pool. That is why an address can come back to you later in the same day, and why websites tend to judge mobile traffic by behavior rather than by the address alone. A proxy changes the network path your requests take. It does not change who you are, what you do, or the rules of the site you visit. For the same reason, we cannot promise any particular address, a fixed speed at every moment, or any outcome on a third-party platform. The service is provided on a best-effort basis, and moving a line between our metros is free from the dashboard.
Eligibility and keeping credentials safe
You must be 18 or older and legally able to form a contract. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Your dashboard password, API keys and proxy credentials are the only thing standing between your line and a stranger, so keep them private. Activity carried out with your credentials is treated as yours. If you suspect they have leaked, contact support promptly and we will rotate them.
Prepaid billing and dedicated hardware
All SpoofProxies plans are prepaid. You can add funds to an account balance and apply them to plans, or pay for a daily, weekly or monthly plan directly. Each renewal is paid before its period begins. We may adjust prices for future periods, but an adjustment never reaches back into time you have already paid for.
A line serves one customer per device. While your plan is active, no one else's traffic shares that hardware, which is what keeps its history yours alone. Refunds, compensation for downtime and chargebacks are governed by the SpoofProxies Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Prohibited activity
The reputation of a carrier address is shared with every real subscriber behind it, so misuse on one line can harm people who never heard of us. That is why the following are prohibited in every case:
- fraud, phishing, scams and impersonation of any person or organization
- spam and unsolicited bulk messages of any kind
- distribution of malware or operation of a botnet
- denial-of-service and other attacks against networks or services
- credential stuffing and other automated attempts to log in with stolen credentials
- unauthorized access to any system, account or data
- child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities
- transmission of content that infringes intellectual property rights
- activity that violates the terms of a third-party platform, including creating or operating accounts that the platform does not allow
How abuse reports are reviewed
We do not monitor the content of your traffic. When a carrier, platform, network operator or public authority reports abuse, we do investigate. A review may involve looking at connection metadata for the line, asking you to explain the activity, and suspending the line or account while the review is open. Where a violation is confirmed, we may terminate the account. We respond to valid legal requests to the extent the law requires.
Intellectual property
The SpoofProxies name, website, dashboard, API and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable permission to use them to operate your own lines. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer them without our written consent.
Warranties and limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, the service is provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. SpoofProxies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits, revenue or data, for interruption to your business, or for restrictions that a third-party platform applies to your accounts. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid SpoofProxies in the 30 days before the event that led to the claim.
You agree to indemnify SpoofProxies against claims, losses and costs that result from your use of the service, a breach of these terms, or a violation of law or of another party's rights.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using SpoofProxies at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, for abuse, or where legal or compliance obligations require it. Depending on the circumstances, this may happen with or without advance notice.
Changes, governing law and contact
When these terms change, the revised version is published on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the service afterward means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator of SpoofProxies is organized. We ask that any dispute be raised with support first, so we have the chance to resolve it with you directly.
