SpoofProxies Refund Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026. Many proxy providers refuse every refund. We take a different view: a refund policy should separate problems caused by the line from problems caused by something else, and treat each one fairly. This page sets out the commitments SpoofProxies makes, explains the reasoning where it is not obvious, and tells you how to make a request. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Principle: you pay for a line that works
Our commitments rest on one distinction. If the fault lies in our hardware, our network or a line that does not match its description, we owe you a remedy. If the outcome depends on something outside the line, such as how a third-party website decides to treat an account, a refund is not the right tool, because a working line was delivered. Websites weigh many signals besides the network path, including account history and behavior, and none of those are within our control.
The first-order guarantee
When a new line does not work as described, report it within 24 hours of purchase. Support will first try to fix the problem, and then try moving the line to a working metro or carrier. If neither produces a working line, you receive a full refund of that order.
The 24-hour window exists because most early problems are a mismatch between a line and a location or carrier, and those are easiest to diagnose and correct while they are fresh.
Downtime on our side
If a line is down because of our hardware or network, we extend your plan by at least the time lost. We aim to apply this without being asked; if it has not been applied, contact support and we will correct it. Faults outside our equipment, such as a problem in your own tools or a platform refusing a request, are handled under other parts of this policy rather than here.
Refunds of unused balance
Account balance you have not spent can be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up. The refund follows the original payment:
- Card and PayPal payments are refunded to the original method.
- Crypto payments are returned in the same coin at the USD value that was credited to your balance, minus the network fee.
- Zelle and bank wire payments are returned to the sending account, minus any bank fee.
Renewals you did not intend
If a plan renewed and the line has not been used since the renewal, ask within 24 hours of it and we will reverse the renewal to your account balance. An unused line after a renewal is a clear sign the charge was not wanted, which is why this rule depends on that condition.
Situations that are not refundable
The following do not qualify, for the reasons given alongside each:
- Time already used on a working line, because the service was delivered.
- A change of mind after the first 24 hours, because the guarantee window has closed.
- Accounts closed for abuse or terms violations, because the closure results from the violation.
- Blocks or bans imposed by third-party platforms, because a platform's decision is not a fault in the line.
Making a request
Write to support@spoofproxies.com or message @spoofproxies_bot on Telegram, and identify the order or line involved. It helps to describe what you observed, when it began and how you were connecting, since that shortens the diagnosis. We reply within one business day, and approved refunds are issued within five business days. Refunds to a card or PayPal can take longer to appear, since the timing then depends on the bank or on PayPal.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider; most concerns are resolved faster directly. While a dispute is open, the account is paused until it is resolved. If you disagree with a decision we have made, reply on the same support thread and ask for it to be reviewed again.
