SpoofProxies Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026. People come to a mobile proxy service partly for privacy, so it is fair to ask how the provider itself treats your information. This policy answers that in three layers: what we collect about you, what we deliberately do not collect, and the in-between category of operational metadata that every network needs. We explain the purpose of each item, how long it lasts and how to exercise your rights.

Information we collect about you

Your account starts with an email address and a password, and you may add a name if you wish. We store a hash of the password rather than the password itself, which means even we cannot read it. We keep a record of sign-ins so that unfamiliar access to your account stands out. A reCAPTCHA check runs when you register, to screen out automated sign-ups, and the dashboard uses a sign-in session so you remain logged in during use.

Billing information depends on the payment method you choose. Card payments are processed through Stripe checkout and PayPal payments by PayPal, so the card or account details stay with those processors and we never see or store a full card number. For payments in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum we keep the public transaction hash and address, both of which are already public on the blockchain. For Zelle and bank wire payments we keep the sender name and the payment reference, which lets us credit the right account. Alongside these we keep ordinary billing records such as amounts, dates and plans purchased.

If you choose to contact us through our Telegram bot, @spoofproxies_bot, we keep that conversation so support can follow the history of your request.

Information we do not collect

We do not inspect or record the content of the traffic that passes through your line. The addresses you visit, the data you submit and the responses you receive are not read or stored by us.

Our public website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The free IP checker and proxy checker on the site work by querying public IP-lookup services; the results are shown to you and nothing from the check is stored.

Operational metadata, and why it exists

Between those two categories sits metadata: information about connections rather than their content. Examples include connection times, the volume of data a line has carried, and the addresses that connect to your line. A network cannot be run without some of this. We may process it to operate the service, to calculate billing, to protect the service against misuse and to respond to abuse reports about an address on your line. It tells us that a connection happened, not what was inside it.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal data. We share information only where it is needed to provide the service, such as with the payment processors described above, or where we are legally required to respond to a valid request.

Retention

Account information is kept for as long as your account remains open. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which may be longer than the life of the account.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your personal data, for correction of anything inaccurate, for deletion, or for an export in a portable form. Please send the request to support@spoofproxies.com from the email address registered on your account, so we can verify that the request comes from you. If any record must be retained by law, we will explain which one and why.

SpoofProxies is not available to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we revise this policy, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
