Does the address show as Texas?
Yes, at metro or state level. Platforms see Houston, Texas, or just Texas. A few geolocation databases return another Texas city, and a stale entry can briefly show a neighboring state until it refreshes. The carrier is always AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, which is what trust decisions key on.
Can I pick a city other than Houston?
No. Our Texas devices are all in Houston and nowhere else in the state. Since carrier addresses resolve to the state, a Houston line serves Dallas or Austin clients for profiles, ads and verification. We do not describe Houston lines as anything other than Houston lines.
Sticky or rotating for trust-sensitive work?
Sticky. Hold one address for a client's profiles or a storefront for as long as the work lasts, and rotate only for a deliberate reset or for anonymous checks. Trust attaches to consistent behavior from a consistent address; rotating mid-session throws that away for no gain.
