How to read it
A SpoofProxies line shows a US mobile carrier as the ISP, because the address belongs to the carrier's pool and is shared by many real phones through carrier-grade NAT. The location resolves to the metro or state, not a street. The two things that give an account away are a browser time zone that disagrees with the IP and a WebRTC candidate that exposes your home or office address. Fix those in the browser profile, then check again.
